This two-story facility is fully occupied by the Lone Star College System and is located upon 6.75 acres. A Caldwell Companies affiliate company owns this property and leases to Lone Star College System on a long term lease.

As owner, Caldwell completed a turnkey development which included; Project management; Construction management; Coordination of Programming, Design and Bidding. Significant savings were achieved and timelines met using a Design Build/Bid Methodology.
