Fred Caldwell - Owner
Fred began his career with The Originals Group 1983 and joined Southern Realty Corporation in 1985 becoming President in 1988. Fred was the founding partner of Caldwell Watson Real Estate Group in 1990, now Caldwell Companies. The firm provides marketing and management services for retail buildings, office buildings and industrial buildings and develops commercial and residential communities. Caldwell, along with related partnerships, own, manage and market industrial, retail and office buildings, residential communities and business parks. Fred was founding partner of Caldwell Watson Investments, Inc., Caldwell Watson Management, LLC, Caldwell Watson Development, Inc. and CNI Investments, Inc.

Rene Joubert - Executive Vice President Education Facilities
Rene Joubert is EVP of Brokerage Services and Educational Facilities at Caldwell Companies. Prior to joining Caldwell, Mr. Joubert was a partner with a Houston-based, multi family development and management company and served as President of a retail development company based in Houston.
Prior to his involvement in development, Mr. Joubert was Executive Vice President of a national real estate investment banking firm. Mr. Joubert is a graduate of Baylor University where he earned a degree in B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate. Mr. Joubert has also a past graduate of the Center for Houston’s Future, a public/private endeavor created as an arm of the Greater Houston Partnership. He is very involved in his church and community, and has served on several ministry, educational, and civic boards. He has been married to Beth for 22 years and they have three children, John (20), Anna (19), and Hudson (17).

J. Milton Prewitt, SIOR - Director of Business Development
Milt brings a tremendous amount of experience to the company. He began his career with Midway Development Company in Houston, Texas. After serving as Director of Sales, Marketing, and Administration for Texas Coffee Company, Milt formed J.M. Prewitt Company, a full service commercial and industrial real estate services company.
Prewitt is a member of The Beaumont Board of Realtors, and is a Past President of the Houston / Gulf Coast Chapter of SIOR and a Past Chairman of the Commercial Division of the Beaumont Board of Realtors.

Bill Reamer, AIA - Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager for Caldwell Educational Facilities, Bill manages projects from start to finish with responsibilities including management, project formulation and programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction oversight. Bill also writes contracts, and handles A-E and construction firms and their contracts to ensure the owner's design and construction goals are met.
Bill has more than 30 years of experience in design and project management. He has extensive expertise in space planning, renovations and construction document preparation. He has the ability to see the end user's need and arrange the corresponding space in very satisfying way. Bill has worked as the Project Manager for the owner at both University of Houston and while with Reliant Energy.

Brian Stidham - Senior Project Manager
As Senior Project Manager for Caldwell Educational Facilities, Brian will manage projects with responsibilities including management, project formulation and programming, schematic design, design development, construction documentation, bidding, and construction oversight.
With more than 10 years of experience in the construction industry, Brian has a strong working knowledge of both the vertical and horizontal construction management processes. He has been involved in many multi-million dollar projects ranging from multi-story commercial construction projects to large residential land development projects.

Kent Puckett, P.E.
Kent Puckett was a key addition to the Caldwell team in 2006. His impressive resume includes management and development of two of the Houston area’s most respected communities, Cinco Ranch and First Colony.
Kent has served on several committees during his membership in the Greater Houston Builders Association, the Rose-Rich Chamber of Commerce, and the Fort Bend Chamber of Commerce. As a member of the Fort Bend County Greenspace Committee, they received the 2005 T.A.C. Superior Innovation Award. He is also active with the Urban Land Institute. Kent is a Registered Engineer and Licensed Real Estate agent in the State of Texas.
